Drove 90 mins to have art prints made of my work since their website impressed me. IRL, they put a bad taste in my mouth. The older gentleman in charge of art prints spoke to me about giclées as if I was a stupid little girl. He talked over me several times with a patronizing tone. He was completely unwilling to work within a client’s stated budget. For instance, he wanted to charge an arm and a leg for scanning in my art and TIFF file set up fees.
