Kira is great! I am an older woman with very fine, straight hair who has also had episodes of alopecia in the past. Past hair loss can be traumatic and Kira has been so kind and patient in her work on my hair over the past 6+ months. She has a private suite, which I prefer as someone with auto immune issues who has been trying to stay safe (and sane) during the pandemic.
