This guy cannot do business like that. He's not a bad guy, I see that he tries, but he has to learn how to deal with customers, especially paying customers.
I don't know who writes the good reviews on here but I don't trust them. This guy took THOUSANDS from me upfront, and then screwed up completely, and was unwilling to refund me due to his "effort." Told me the results I was expecting don't always happen. Don't take people's money then! You can't play with people like that, either you're serious and you can do it, or you can't! Do not come here.

If you can't do something, don't charge people money and mislead them that you can! I was charged thousands of dollars, for an issue that this business couldn't fix. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least something. They instead chose to keep it all and I was left out with thousands of dollars spent, and my issue unfixed. I am sure that this business is great at other things and have helped people, but when you mess up you have to own up to it, and give people back their money!
I brought in my Mercedes-Benz SUV to get body work done. At first, the impression I got was leery because is not a fancy shop, yet Greg( the Owner ) couldn't do more to help me with the car rental and dealing with the Insurance Company. I must say, the work done was flawless!!! I am extremely happy and highly recommend this Body Shop!! You will be happily surprised. I tend to be very picky and do review Business I interact with from not only the US but Europe and Latin America.
