I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this salon has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to Karlie Powell after hearing great things about her, and after explaining my desired outcome and sending a video of how my hair looked before (balayage root retouch achieved in one process with another stylist), Karlie suggested highlights instead of balayage to address my 6-inch outgrowth. Karlie was excellent! The color and cut came out exactly how we discussed and she was really fun to hang with!
Karlie is amazing! Shes very professional and detail. I have a hard time trusting people with my hair but I feel very comfortable in Karlie’s hands. Will definitely recommend!
