I am 53 yo disabled patient who was advised by my PCP to go to the ER. I have multiple disabilities physically and emotionally. This lady does not deserve the title"Dr" anywhere. I am currently preparing for my 3rd spinal surgery I am in excruciating pain, recent dxd with a brain tumor, diabetic with severe depression and anxiety. This Joan lady refused to treat me. Refused to give my child a proper evaluation or care. Blamed my daughter's pain on hormones. Refused to rule out other causes of pain. This doctor gaslights her patients and should be ashamed.
