First visit told me "you're of no interest to me because you're not surgical" and just told me this visit that he hopes rheumatology will accept my insurance or he "hopes it just goes away!" I am 25 with a walking cane and knee brace, he acts like nothing is wrong. Worst experience ever. Left the office crying. Gave me no reassurance and no help other than knee exercises (which I already go to PT once a week). 100% negative experience each 3 of the visits. Will not be coming back.
I am at a loss as to how this man can get poor ratings. I have been in his office twice over the past couple of years having been treated for chronic issues with my knee. Both he and his staff have provided thoughtful, patient and impeccable service to me...always with good results. He has been gracious, engaged me in casual conversation and I have left both times grateful enough that I took the time to share my appreciation with staff. I am mystified. I came to see Dr. Kolodychuk for my knee. He was rude and condescending-even rolled his eyes at me. He was really rude when he asked me to straighten my knee which I couldn’t do-it was one of the reasons why I was there! I needed paperwork filled out to go back to work and he refused to do it. This guy doesn’t care about his patients. I will not be returning.
No complaints. Dr Kolodychuk was very patient and informative about my injury. Took time to explain possible therapy for a positive results. 2 other coworkers have also seen him and highly recommended him.
