The staff is wonderful! The entire process from financing to getting braces on, to follow up, to feeling welcome every time we go has been so refreshing! And what to even say about Dr. Kolody! He’s so knowledgeable and friendly, you can tell he loves what he does and it shows throughout the office. We’re so happy to have gone with this office
I went in for a consultation and briefly told Tina I had a baby. Once she took pictures of my teeth she used that against me. “I know you’re busy with the baby but you have to brush better”. I felt so uncomfortable and insecure.
Dr. Kolody goes above and beyond for his patients. Providing exceptional patient care, I am a new patient of Dr. Kolody. And I recently had a bracket brake off, I called the office and the receptionist told me doctor will be following up with me. Within the next few minutes, Dr. Kolody gives me a call and offered to fix my bracket on his day off! Please keep in mind this is Easter weekend and Dr. Kolody made time during his day off, to fix my broken bracket, because I was experiencing discomfort. That right there is a doctor... read more
