My daughter and I had a good experience but I noticed that one of your staff is lacking of communication to her patient’s parent. First of all, she didn’t introduce herself. I knew her name 2 hours after the procedure only when I looked on her name plate. She was giving a lot of instructions to my 13 year old daughter without telling me as her parent. By far the best ortho office around! Maria and Tina are amazing . The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kolody is informative and conservative in diagnosing treatment which is awesome when you have lots of littles needing braces.
