I was quite clueless how divorce worked when I first met with Kirk and he was very detailed and clear and helped me understand my options. Unfortunately, my experience with this lawyer was far from what I expected. Despite providing all the necessary evidence for my case, he didn’t file important paperwork on time, and there was a noticeable lack of preparation before trial. This left us both unprepared in court, which impacted the outcome of my case.
