Chris and his entire family are absolutely lovely. We have bought many special pieces here over the years and Chris has always treated any repairs with the utmost care and respect. Chris squeezed us in today on short notice and did a tricky resizing (ring with stones from a size 8 to a 4) and it is absolutely perfect. I trust this family with all our jewelery needs.
