Won't get too detailed about my case, but the honest reply I got was above and beyond and they did take the time to explain the reasoning behind the decision. This is is why they are ranked high in what they do, and what they can do. They will take the time to explain things, or their thoughts on things. Can't be happier with that.

They were kind and attentive, listened to the situation, and advised on next steps based on how the other party proceeds. Should the situation with the other party escalate, I will be reaching out to Mr. Kolman and Kat to proceed with next steps. Thank you.
