Very knowledgeable about defamation cases and very transparent and kind.
Won't get too detailed about my case, but the honest reply I got was above and beyond and they did take the time to explain the reasoning behind the decision. This is is why they are ranked high in what they do, and what they can do. They will take the time to explain things, or their thoughts on things. Can't be happier with that.
Lack of communication following an initial consultation. Couldn’t bother to follow-up. Waste of my time.
