Intake process is a complete disaster. I got sober here 18 years ago. It is a shame what it has become.

I was bullied and discriminated by the clinical director (CD) and co-workers while working here (it didn’t help I was the only minority there) . The CD did not take my grievances seriously, and, she held a bias toward a particular co-worker. This co-worker would be rude to patient’s and was months behind on paperwork, and arrived late to work every single morning- with no consequences. I am not familiar with other Kolmac locations but I can speak on my experience in Gaithersburg. Truly love their approach and all the staff. Truly knowledgeable and caring. No judgment. If you are seeking treatment this is the place!
