Absolutely terrible experience, nearly zero communication, first and only time that I hired someone to help with taxes and it caused our family to lose a ton of money due to issues with filing/misclassifications/etc. Three years later and we’re still receiving letters & bills from the IRS for the year that Kim Kollmeyer’s firm handled our tax preparation. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!
