I was a well satisfied KOLLINS SERVICES customer. 2 weeks ago I brought my car to get a brake job, KOLLINS SERVICES was closed and their voicemail referred their services to WRENS, I immediately took my car to WRENS on Tchoupitoulas (I trusted KOLLINS SERVICES); the owner (WRENS) received my car and said he was going to change brake pads and rotors. This place is excellent! Make sure you view their website for their NEW location on Tchoupitoulas. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind and got my car ready for a long road trip. Highly recommend!
Story time: A few years ago (2016 or 2017) a friend and I were traveling around Tchoupitoulas and hit a large pothole. We put the spare on, but it had an egg in it and leaked air. We researched tire shops and ended up at Kollins Services. It was Sunday and everything was closed included Kollins Services - but out of nowhere, one of the owners showed up! I needed a tire inspection after my low tire pressure light came on. I live around the corner from Kollins and gave them a call. He told me to come right over, I dropped my car off and he had it fixed within an hour or so. It turns out that I needed a patch after they found a screw in the tire. Moving forward, if i am ever in this situation again, this will be the first place I call!
Had to get a tire fixed and they always deliver. If it's something I can't fix or do myself this is where I take my business Uptown for automotive services.
