We did a big landscaping project with Kollins in late Fall, in which they did not finish the project. However, they wanted final payment. I told him we do not pay completely for unfinished work. Fast forward 5 months later, they came to "finish" our landscaping. Upon arranging for Kollins to complete the project, the owner, Paul Kolanowki told us he was coming out in "good faith"...excuse me good faith? Giving them one star not because of their landscaping services but because twice my dog and I have almost gotten mowed down by their trucks racing through neighborhood streets. And we are not talking about 15 miles an hour, we are talking about high-speed where they were barely able to stop when they saw us... what a bunch of idiots!
