We bought a to-be-built estate home from a large national builder just outside the Greenville area.The builder hid a term in our contract that would have resulted in us paying more at settlement. Basil Kollias is wonderful. He helped us, with what we would call, a really complicated real estate transaction. He had a lot of knowledge, and expertise, that other attorneys we had spoken with, didn't have. Wonderful experience using Basil for our refinance. I had planned to use the lawyer/title company that was suggested by the mortgage company however since the home we were refinancing was inherited, the title company was asking for a ridiculous amount of documentation since a Deed is not automatically issued in DE when you inherit a home.
