Brought car here because car would not start mechanic told me it was a security issue that I HAD to take car to dealer dealer charged me $250. To diagnose and it ended up being the mass air flow sensor had to pay to get car towed twice a maf is basic mechanic knowledge. These guys clearly don’t know what they are doing. Go to prestons garage that is right down the street. Also the guy who spoke with me about car was extremely rude DO NOT TAKE CAR HERE
I had my car towed there. The guy calls me to yell at me. Extremely unprofessional. They have no idea how to work on a car that you can’t plug a computer into to diagnose. They recommend going to the dealer because they did not have the skills to work on the vehicle. Also when had the car inspected earlier this year. The stickers that were put in were uneven and high. RecommendedThe Two Gentlemen I spoke to treated me with respect and did a great job. I was only there for an oil change but I told them about three of my tires, problem resolved. I also told them about my Stability Track which has been messing with my GMC. They Put a machine to the engine and found out I need a COMPUTER for my Car. They don't do that job but told me take it back to the Dealer. I've taken my vehicle to McNeil GMC in Warminster,Pa.and they could never find the problem with my vehicle. Im calling Corporate GMC. Took our GMC with over 102k on it - Inspection was due and also engine light had come on - Koller went above and beyond to fix and get us past the inspection - too many times in the past with previous garage’s have we been up-charged and still have bad service - I would recommend these guys to anyone - nothing is an issue and they always are personable and friend
I've lived around the corner from Kollers for 30 years but have always taken my cars to the dealers for maintenence and repairs. My daughter and her husband recommended them when I mentioned I needed an oil change. Wow - I wish I would have gone there 30 years ago. Nice people, great prices and an all around pleasant experience. Thank you Kollers !
