Was with Kollengode for 7 years. They have a newish lady there named Tina. She is very rude. I have a recording of her cussing me out in the main lobby telling me to go elsewhere pretty much That her faculty will not help me. To come to find out no one was there but her that day. I was in severe pain was in hospital an they even sent me to my home dr. I got yelled at on phone and to my face by this lady. I have all recordings an I get a letter in the mail stating I am no longer allowed to come back. Because I asked for help ... read more
Love the staff and Doc. Wait time less than 5 min. Very helpful. Open on some Saturday's. Been going to this Dr. for 9yrs
