J’ai eu un excellent service au département des pièces de kollbec Gatineau. La personne qui m’a servi était vraiment sympathique, sociable et très professionnelle. Il a rapidement trouvé la pièce dont j’avais besoin et a pris le temps de bien m’aider. Merci pour l’excellent service, c’est vraiment apprécié!

I’ve had my Dodge Ram serviced here twice, and both visits created major problems. Both times they failed my breathalyzer system, which cost me hundreds of dollars in government reset fees and triggered red flags on my account. The second visit was for a DEF system failure, and it took them over a month to fix. Communication was terrible — when they actually answered the phone, I could never get a straight answer. I went to this dealership/service to fix my Dodge RAM 1500 truck was told by the service agent that its good that I brought it to the dealership its the best place to get it fixed and I wouldn't regret it instead of taking it to a mechanic. I had a shift service and 4wheel drive issue displaying on my dashboard, it was causing my truck to shift to the side when driving it and the dashboard would start flashing and showing battery issue,I had to constantly restart the truck it was dangerous. Mon copain a emmené son camion pour faire refaire ses freins et installer des ampoules plus puissantes qu'il avait lui-même achetées. À la place, ils ont fait un changement d'huile et ont changer les ampoules, sans jamais toucher aux freins, et ils ont gardé ses ampoules., et le grille as été grafigné. ​Il a dû y retourner pour que les freins soient enfin faits.
