Very concerning experience. Customers should be very careful trusting this garage with their vehicle. Safety clearly does not seem to be their priority.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid having their vehicle service by Kollbec Gatineau Chrysler Jeep. The last time I dealt with this dealerships its service technician told me the repairs I needed (replace a faulty drive shaft) were no longer under warranty (although I subsequently found out that it was covered by the powertrain warranty as my 2021 Cherokee has less than 60,000 k’s), He provided me with an outrageous verbal quote of between $4,000 to $5,000 to replace the drive shaft and then provided with a $4,500 writte... read more
