Highly recommended. Mike and his team of cabinet, tile, plumbing and electrical experts did a great job renovating our kitchen and two bathrooms in our 100 year old home. The team handled navigating Evanston permits and inspections well; all of which were approved immediately. Kolin Group does high quality work, cleaned up daily, removed debris and minimized dust/disruption. The team was courteous and quiet. Mike communicated frequently, listened to and addressed all concerns and made sure we were happy with the outcome.
Michael is a true professional who is both extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and makes a potentially stressful situation seem easy. Solution-oriented with quality work. And his team - fantastic!! Respectful of one’s home with incredible attention to detail. Would hire again without question
