He ripped us off , we went to the police and filed charges he’s in jail
Jacob (owner) was great to work with at first. His new roof came with a 5 year warranty and he seemed like he would stand behind his work. The A+ rating on Better Business Bureau also helped when we decided to go with him. We now have a leaking roof. We have gotten many excuses. The first month the roof was leaking we notified him and he let me know his father in law died so we gave the guy a break.
