Great classes and instructors. Not a good place in the warm weather for someone with asthma, owner always cold and doesn't put a/c on!!!

Excellent Facilities Moving to a very rural area of PA and being able to find a gym comparable to the one I used in Harrisburg concerned me. Stop by Kole's for a visit. I was pleasantly surprised at how new and how equipment/classes and services the gym had to offer. Very friendly staff, lots members, and an environment from the casual/new exerciser to those serious about fitness. Also, I?ve never felt crowded out or been unable to access any machine at this gym, even at peak after work hours..
