I gave Lonny a rather very large remodel job to do. We are still dealing with the aftermath of his work. The latest: his crew moved a vent in the bathroom... the problem is: they never patched the roof. Now we have mold. Find someone else!

I would like to give a zero if there is such an option. The company is mismanaged and has no respect to customers. Philip Mikkelsen came to my house to talk about scope of work and details of my home project - had some great ideas. First impression was good. However, he never came back to us with any pricing, and instead, disappeared with the excuse of family emergency. Kole Builders recently finished our basement with exceptional quality! We have done multiple projects with them and all our projects were handled very professionally. Philip has given us numerous ideas to make our finished basement modern and amazing! Lonny provided invaluable input to the patio project in our backyard. The patio design had to be changed multiple times per the city requirements. Lonny patiently supported us in every step and helped us to get the city approval. I definitely recommend Kole Builders!

I paid this company over $50,000 to do work on my home. They have literally left my home torn apart and haven’t responded in months! They replaced a door with the wrong size door and has been stringing me along for over 6 months. They also started my project prematurely, just came in and did demolition and didn’t have the materials to replace so they left my home dismantled for months and honestly now I see it’s a tactic they use to take jobs on that they don’t have the employees to actually complete! I came to their website because of the good reviews. Had someone to come out to do an estimate, which the guy seemed cool, and was told the estimate will be sent to me in a week. I didn't hear anything then called the guy back. I was then given an excuse that he had family in town and will get me the estimate in 3 days. That was 3 days ago.
