As someone living in New York that is from Baltimore. I was happy to find these guys and purchase syrups and marshmallow from them. I have ordered 3 times from them and have been happy all 3 times. It gives me a taste of home as they have no idea what a snowball is up here in Upstate NY. I love that my family can have snowballs anytime of the year. Will continue to purchase syrups from them!! The shipping is quick and if you have a question or concern the response time is quick.

DO NOT ORDER THIER ICE CREAM CONES if you are needing them shipped, they are packaged without any sort of protection and the cones will all be in crumbles :( The box came completely smashed, there is no padding or paper or anything to protect the product. What is even more unfortunate, is that it is their policy is that they do not refund or replace food items, even though they were the ones that packaged so poorly. Ugh!!

The staff was very helpful with assisting me process a refund and complete a repurchase. I was impressed to learn that the website offers an abundance of information about the products such as other syrups that can be mixed with concentrated flavors, such as simple syrup. In addition to preservatives that can be added to extend shelf life. My visit was delightful and I walked away with more knowledge than I had about Koldkiss prior to my visit.
