We are from Baltimore, now retired and living in Florida. We ate snowballs since we were kids. There use to be snowball stands everywhere. Then the politicians in Baltimore made it impossible for these little stands to stay in business. They still haven't changed those laws and snowball stands are few and far between. We then started buying from Koldkiss and making our own at home. When I would be down town near their warehouse I would swing by and restock up on our favorite flavors. I love the Koldkiss products- the variety of flavors is much better than anywhere else and the flavors are true and delicious. I order a good bit from Koldkiss for my snowcone concession stand and they always arrive very quickly. Recently I had an issue with a shipment where UPS messed up, I was out of syrup because of the delay, and Kurt addressed my concern on a Saturday night after hours and helped get a new shipment sent to me asap which I greatly appreciate.
