The man at desk was great. Very informative. Represented the company well.
The staff was very helpful with assisting me process a refund and complete a repurchase. I was impressed to learn that the website offers an abundance of information about the products such as other syrups that can be mixed with concentrated flavors, such as simple syrup. In addition to preservatives that can be added to extend shelf life. My visit was delightful and I walked away with more knowledge than I had about Koldkiss prior to my visit.
Customer service was great. Flavors are awesome.
I placed an order online Thursday July 3rd since they were open Friday July 4th. The website says I will receive an email for pick up 24 hours after order is placed. I ordered early Thursday afternoon to give plenty of time for pickup. Friday, I kept calling multiple times with no answer, I left multiple messages and no one returned my call.
