I am from Baltimore but have been away since 1967. I have tried for years to find "snowballs" like i grew up with. Living in Florida you would think someone...might have done this. Oh Well. After years (I am now 78) trying to find snowballs or a small machine for my home I finally found a darned close one. But... now what? Kurt in customer service provided exceptional customer service. The beautiful Xmas tin container that I ordered was damaged during shipping. I emailed Kurt and explained the problem, and within a couple of hours he responded with an apology and had a new container shipped. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Kurt!

Just wanted to thank Koldkiss, specially, Kurt Benjamin for resolving a bit of a problem. My order of Joseph's Syrup arrived damaged. Most likely from the shipping, and handling of the items. I contacted Koldkiss and explained what exactly I did receive and the condition it was in. I also followed up with photos of the damage to the items that resulted. As someone living in New York that is from Baltimore. I was happy to find these guys and purchase syrups and marshmallow from them. I have ordered 3 times from them and have been happy all 3 times. It gives me a taste of home as they have no idea what a snowball is up here in Upstate NY. I love that my family can have snowballs anytime of the year. Will continue to purchase syrups from them!! The shipping is quick and if you have a question or concern the response time is quick.
