Not only is Kurt kind and courteous, he quickly resolves the issue and follows up promptly via email. As a teenager I had a snowball cart and really enjoyed selling them over the summers. I always used Koldkiss syrups. Making them from the concentrate was fun as a kid to do. I wanted to try some of the ready made recently, and had a few questions, so I used the "Chat" option online. Kurt was amazing, helping me with availability and processing the order.
