I called Kold Pro this morning not thinking that they would come by this afternoon, but they did. They gave me a 2-4pm window answer were here ~2:15pm. Jake is wonderful! He took the time to explain to us as new home owners how to manage our Heat Pump. We had some concerns due to some noise it was making. Thank goodness it was a quick fix. Very reliable service. Very kind and knowledgeable! First service call to the company and it won’t be the last. Thank you! Monica and Juan Vega
Rose is my favorite person to deal with. She's respectful, understanding, she treated me like family. Tech was on time I'm satisfied. As always
