Have to change my original review. Rosa promised me a UV light saying, “You want an UV light, you’ll have an UV light hun.” Only a month or 2 after installation, our AC went out. When the serviceman arrived my husband was here. He noticed no blue color light when the cover was taken off the air handler. When I called Rosa she said, at installation the existing UV light wasn’t functioning and my husband was shown and said to forget it. I asked her how they asked my husband this. He is deaf.
