Our experience wasn't good. He built our home in 2010. He failed to get quotes from 3 contractors we requested. With no previous experience, he stained our lower level concrete floor and between his in-experience and the concrete contractor not properly preparing the concrete for staining, it is uneven in shine and staining and had to be painted 6 inches from the outside wall because the stain didn't take. We had the greatest pleasure of working with Kolby on our remodeling project of two bathrooms and the Master Bedroom this past Spring. He gave us a time frame and stuck to it. He was so well organized and efficient that there may have been two days that there were no workers here and that was due to the high humidity not allowing the dry wall to dry.
