Beware!!!
They might be good plumbers but they are definitely horrible business owners. The customers time doesn't matter. So if you care about things like timeliness, accuracy in billing, and quality of the repair then choose someone else. There are plumbers in the area that treat you like a customer and meet normal expectations. It is my opinion that they cost me enough money and they never repaired anything as their service was riddled with bad business practices that are really easy to avoid. If i could i would give them zero stars, steve has no concept of customer service, i am building a new house and contracted with him to install hvac, it was November so i needed it to work so the drywallers could work. Steve was great until i paid him. Steve assured me the system was fully operational and it was not and i didn't know it and paid him. Steve then started ignoring my calls, texts, so here i am almost 3 years later and still have no fully functioning system. He has now blocked my calls so i guess court is next.
The goal of this review is to assist potential customers in making an informed decision before engaging the services of Kolbush HVAC, an authorized Bryant dealer. Kolbush has absolutely horrible customer service and communication. During this time period he was late to appointment times that he committed to, he’s been a no call no show twice, and is very unreliable in acknowledging text or phone calls. After my A/C crapped out late on a Saturday, I reached out first thing Monday morning to Kolbush HVAC and talked to Steven himself. After trying to convince me (factually incorrectly-and misleadingly) that if my 18 year-old A/C condensor needed a refrigerant recharge, he would not be able to do it and I would need a new condensor installed for $3000-$5000, because the old R-22 refrigerant was no longer available. THIS IS PATENTLY UNTRUE. It's still available, they are just not producing any more 'NEW' R-22. YOU CAN STILL IT.... read more
