I don't know what happened with the other drivers who left reviews, but we had a great experience here. Yeah you gotta back in from the road, but it's not that difficult at all. The road is not busy and there is plenty of room to back right in there. Then you just back straight up to the docks, it's really an easy process. We was docked, loaded, and rolling out in about 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They loaded the items perfectly spread out for weight dispersion.
