Kolbe striping was a very Good job and company to work for, Took me all around the beautiful state of colorado and taught me some valueable skills as well as providing me with a liveable wage and benefits.. Truly a great company to work for and Great ownership/ management. They care and they show it.

Doing traffic control for these people is ridiculous. They show up anywhere from 2 to 5 hours late work for an hour or two then disappear for a few more hours. Took 5 days to do a 2 day job on highway 50. Most of the time we're stuck sitting in our trucks waiting for them to show up. One day we waited 4 hours for them to refill their paint.
