Randy Spahr represented your company with competence and integrity.
Randy from Kolb Electric was knowledgeable, personable, efficient and gave exceptional service.
Changing 4 First Alert smoke detectors. Mike completed them in less than an hour.
The circuit breaker tripped and would not reset for my sunroom. Randy from Kolb Electric came out and trouble shot the problem until he discovered that squirrels had chewed up the wires concealed under the paneling under my deck. He did a great job of getting our power back on and fixing the hazard under our sunroom. Very nice guy and easy going, my dog liked him too🙂
Mike quickly figured out what was causing several light switches to not work. He very efficiently resolved the problem. I have used Kolb Electric before and, like today, the technician always diagnoses and corrects the problem. High marks all the way around.
