This a little thing months after the fact but it speaks to a quality organization with good systems. I'm a landscaper and we damaged landscape lighting and asked Kolb to fix for us. I called for a receipt 2 months afterwards. My cell was tied into their system. They said "is this about the job at [address]"? It was and I had the receipt in 45 seconds. Nice job Kolb Electric and the very pleasant Brooke A. who answered the phone.

Maryland Team has Great Customer Service. They don't bail when something goes a little sideways. Always make sure things are right in the end.

Called for estimate for some electrical work. Estimate was scheduled and estimator came out as agreed. The next day we received an email estimate that included replacement of 2 lights that should not have been on the estimate. We contacted back and requested a corrected estimate. It has been more than 2 weeks since we were promised the new estimate. We have contacted the company via phone and email, and have been promised the corrected estimate at least twice. Excellent company!!! Great customer service on the setup phone call, and the service man that did the work!!! Will highly reccomend them to anyone!!!
