Called for estimate for some electrical work. Estimate was scheduled and estimator came out as agreed. The next day we received an email estimate that included replacement of 2 lights that should not have been on the estimate. We contacted back and requested a corrected estimate. It has been more than 2 weeks since we were promised the new estimate. We have contacted the company via phone and email, and have been promised the corrected estimate at least twice. Really happy with Kolb Electric and their work installing additional circuits and running additional lines in a commercial facility. Juan Eizaguirre provided great service from beginning to end: on-site inspection, producing the estimate, coordinating the architectural review, permit submission, scheduling and installation, county inspection, and final invoicing. Kolb sent an electrician out (very nice person) to replace an electrical plug. The electrician informed me that the outlet was a different voltage, requiring a more complicated procedure, but that he could do it for $250-$300. It seemed reasonable. A few days later, Kolb sent me a copy of their estimate, which was $980. Well above what I was initially told.
