Frank was very professional. After being involved in a very serious accident. He resolved our case quickly, within a year. He was responsive and available when needed. Also, he was able to recommend professionals needed for ongoing rehabilitation. I was thrilled to have him on our side during what was a very tragic time for our family.
Obnoxious. Mr.Kolb acts like a car sales man to get you to sign with his firm. After signing, you will not see him as your attorney until he collects his cut. Frank signs you then outsources. Complete waste of a client ‘s time and money.
