I had a consultation meeting with Attorney Eric Kolar concerning my neighbors large tree that is on the property line, whose roots are causing my slab to crack and causing major problems to my home. The neighbor will not allow the tree to be cut down even if I pay for the work. Mr. Kolar was very unsympathetic to my problem and basiclly told me I would be wasting my time to try to take my neighbor to court. So in five minute conversation he charged me $350.00 for nothing. He was also rude and not friendly.
I had an issue where Mark Mcguire from Synot construction refused to do my kitchen and bedroom remodel after I paid them. Mark wound up going to prison and I had no way to get my money back. Luckily, Eric Kolar, my lawyer said I can go through the Florida Construction Recovery Fund to get my money back. This was only because Synot construction was licensed through the state of Florida.
