I called to and the lady that answered the phone wasn't friendly, she was rude and lacked of empathy as the other review states. The entire and short conversation, she didn't even have much time to speak because "I have some people at the door". Well, if you don't have time to talk to a potential client, than maybe you don't need my business. She was rather cold and not the best interaction. That woman needs to learn some manners. I will never called again nor hire anyone here.

I had a consultation meeting with Attorney Eric Kolar concerning my neighbors large tree that is on the property line, whose roots are causing my slab to crack and causing major problems to my home. The neighbor will not allow the tree to be cut down even if I pay for the work. Mr. Kolar was very unsympathetic to my problem and basiclly told me I would be wasting my time to try to take my neighbor to court. So in five minute conversation he charged me $350.00 for nothing. He was also rude and not friendly.
I had an issue where Mark Mcguire from Synot construction refused to do my kitchen and bedroom remodel after I paid them. Mark wound up going to prison and I had no way to get my money back. Luckily, Eric Kolar, my lawyer said I can go through the Florida Construction Recovery Fund to get my money back. This was only because Synot construction was licensed through the state of Florida. I had to win my law suit in a normal settlement court first. Then take my judgment papers to the Florida Construction Recovery Fund to file a... read more
