Went in to get an oil change before a trip to Arkansas. Everything on that end was fine. I asked them to check my transmission fluid and they told me they couldn't check it because it was a sealed transmission?? I inform them that Valvoline checks my transmission fluid for me to make sure nothing can go wrong. Not really sure why caller couldn't do it with highly paid mechanics. Felt a little let down. They can check my transmission fluid, just feel like they really didn't want to.
