Took a while to get an appt available, but now I see why as they are so great! Even the Hermantown police service their vehicles there so you know they are a good place. Cory was my service manager for my car diagnostics and repair and he was wonderful to work with. Very affordable service, and my car is now running excellent. Thank you Cory and the Kolar service team!
HORRIBLE PLACE! Should have known not to go as a single woman alone to a car dealership but I had a trusted friend working there. First of all, was completely rushed through the entire process. Left with a new car when I didn’t even know what was happening. Never even got any paperwork or anything I signed. After a few weeks, I noticed I had to fill my tire with air many times and noticed the brakes seemed off. Took it to a tire place and they told me I needed new tires and rims which was around $2,000. Long post, but after all the BS I went through I figure I can help someone else avoid Kolar GMC. I needed to get a recall done on my truck, and I also needed new tires. So I called Kolar GMC. The service advisor was nice, and helped me get an appt. At the time they were 4 weeks out on services, so I opted to schedule the day I called, to get in ASAP. 7:30 AM.
