Can’t say enough good things about Dr Jegede and his team.
Age: 36. I had a microdiscectomy in December 2024 after over 10 years of lumbar pain (2 herniated discs, lower back pain, numbness down leg, hip pain etc). Most recently the pain, walking, just everything increased which led me to seek a surgeon. Dr. Jegede and his care team at NYU have been very helpful and dare I even say performed a miracle. What a joke. I had an appointment at 1:15. His office called morning of appt to reschedule to 11:15. I rescheduled my day to accommodate. I arrive early. Then they made me wait an hour in the examination room. No one even checked in. After an hour of waiting I decided to leave. Then the dodo of a nurse asked why I was leaving, to which I responded that I rearranged my whole schedule to accommodate the “doctor” and I no longer have any time.
