I’ve made numerous attempts to do business with this company, they don’t answer the phone, and after leaving four sincere, heartfelt messages almost begging them. All went unanswered. and UN returned. This after having a sit down appointment with Claire, a drawn sketch of the monument and e mail contacts etc etc Disgraceful for a business. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, read on. They take advantage of mourning families! My father passed away and his grave site is in Allaben, past Phoenicia in Ulster County. Kol-Rocklea was paid in early 2022 for both the memorial and the foundation. Our family has yet to receive the memorial. First they screen my calls and don't answer my them.
