Dr. Kokot is generally good. The MVHS organization is dreadful. I had to call five times to sort out one prescription. The system is way too big and inefficient. Unless a patient is constantly on guard and calls repeatedly, orders, medications, and test results are often unavailable. Extremely frustrating. Considering changing out of Utica to Bassett Hospital. Worth traveling!
Tina is very knowledgeable and personable. I have been seeing her for quite awhile and am very pleased with her.
She's the best. An honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated medical professional who actually listens to and cares about her patients - what a concept!
Tina is personal, friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. She takes her time with you and always answers your questions.
I would never recommend her, if you require more then a bandaid don't waste your time. Telling her nurse loosing 40lbs in a month isn't normal is considered rude. I've been waiting on 2 approvals lungs and kidneys for well over a month, I guess her nurse don't see fit to take my concerns serious and may actually require her to do work. Thanks Shauna for your laziness and the lies you reported against me.
Sandy has been our family doctor for years. She is a wonderful doctor, compassionate and truly takes the times to know her patients.
Highly recommended, office and exam rooms very professional and clean. Dr. A worked efficiently and explained everything. You will not be disappointed.
Professional, fast, and friendly. I've had several procedures done by him in the last few years and have had excellent results each time. You also see the same staff every time. Loyal employees say a lot about a doctor.
