Very rude workers, as well as inadequate staffing available for flaggers. Kokosing is doing work on the state highway 188, in circleville. I was on my way to take my son to school, as were many other drivers on the road that morning. I had to maneuver around the construction, trucks, and cones on my own as there was no flagger until I nearly reached the end of the construction. On my way back, I saw no flagger.
