I went into KOKO Barbershop today (Wed. 4/9/25) and communicated to the barber not to trim the top and not the sides. Just a slight trim around the ears and clean up the neck area. I came out as if I were in boot camp. Cutting my hair was super short. I ask her did she not hear and understand my instructions, her reply was “SORRY “. I would not recommend this barbershop
