Very impressed about how knowledgeable and passionate Jason is about fitness. And even more impressed with how creative his workouts were. I am definitely a fan of KOKORO Warrior Fitness. I feel like the fitness scene is saturated with hundreds of ""trainers". The difference here is there is real conversation about current state of the individual phyicalls and mentally and a gap analysis on what your initial goals are.
