Very impressed about how knowledgeable and passionate Jason is about fitness. And even more impressed with how creative his workouts were. Kept me and the class motivated every session and made it his personal mission to make sure we all reached our goals. Mission accomplished! At 34, I’ve never been in better shape in my life! I am definitely a fan of KOKORO Warrior Fitness. I feel like the fitness scene is saturated with hundreds of ""trainers". The difference here is there is real conversation about current state of the individual phyicalls and mentally and a gap analysis on what your initial goals are.
