Nori is hands down the best scissor-cut hairstylist I’ve ever had. He lifted my natural Asian jet-black hair to platinum incredibly fast. Super impressed — 10/10! His layering technique is amazing. My hair is quite thick, but after he worked on it, it feels so much lighter and more manageable.
Good haircut though need a little improvement.
