Terrible service & they do a terrible job over priced NO customer service at all the do NOT stand by there work so upset with this company I wish them the WORST if I can save a person by going somewhere else then my job is done Please Please look elsewhere do not go through what I went through
We have been calling Kokopelli since May to have them come to check our plants and trees and also to give an estimate on block wall installation. One guy came out and measured, no estimate yet!. I've called several times and always have to leave a message with the receptionist because no-one is there to help and always assured that the message will be delivered right away but NEVER get a response. About 18 mos. ago, Kokopelli put in our privacy wall and all of our landscaping. Coming from a different climate and zone we had no idea what list to give to Kokopelli for tree/plant types. We are frustrated for many reasons but one is because not once did Kokopelli partner with us by offering recommendations for plant type and location. We now have a Chilean Mesquite tree 3ft. from our wall and 15 ft. from our pool that was planted by their landscapers.
