Third time an appt. has been canceled and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. The only thing they do well is to send appt. reminds, over and over. Totally unreliable. Find another eye center.

This place is not reliable!!! Don't even call when they cancel your appointment. Tried calling can't get a person to talk to. Need to get records no one even answers. They need to lose licenses. Zero STARS!!!!

I reached out to billing about issues and they denied billing me twice for a contacts fitting and a follow up. I’m trying to go through my insurance and no ones reached out. They’ve been calling for four days. If this doesn’t get resolved, I won’t return.

I felt the lady that sells frames was very rude.I asked a question about a type of Oakley's for work and she talked to me like I had no idea what I'm talking about.then acted like she didn't want to sell me frames.very bad first impression.if you need glasses go to sunglasse emporium on Gail Gardner I got my glasses for half the price and they have a huge selection compared to this place.don't bother going here.

Terrible experience on my second time around. I was charged a fitting fee for having my prescription contact lens renewed. I was not given any options of other contacts nor did anything change on my current script. When trying to communicate with the staff and get a answer they said all the testing and exams were part of that fitting fee. Well, in my mind that is what the $20 exam copay was for. Office manager was extremely rude and did not provide any answers aside from “that’s the way it is.” So I paid an extra $45 on top ... read more
