Dr. Ham has been my families eye doctor for the last 15 years; he is compassionate and a very professional.
Dr. Ham performed cataract surgery on both eyes. Mostly successful. Billing and a copy of the services performed was very difficult and problematic. Received details of one surgery..did not receive the same for other eye. Have been told repeatedly..the detail is not available. Why?
Dr. Ham saved my vision to the point that I no longer need glasses! He has been my eye doctor for years now and I have always been grateful to him for his skill and professionalism. May he be blessed going forward.
He’s a fraud
Had my annual eye exam here, and what a pleasant experience! Professional and personable from start to finish. Doctor was very helpful with an allergy problem, and Justin in the optical shop was outstanding. This is the way it should be. I left another practice over their unprofessionalism and a generally unsatisfying experience. These folks are great and I'll be seeing them again.
