I can’t begin to say what these fine folks mean to me! For several years they have taken care of my precious BaileyAnn and have always been nothing but kind! Sadly my girl became unexpectedly ill and rapidly declined within hours. We had to let her go before we even knew what happened. These people were so caring and consoling from beginning to end. As stated many times over, the staff here is amazing! They remember all pets that we have. Even when we are there for the cat, they sincerely ask how the dogs are doing. The girls in the front greet you by name as you walk in, and every Vet Tech and Vet are truly there to make sure you know what is going on and present all options to you to help you make a decision when needed. Dr. Bechtel is AWESOME and my dogs love him! Doesn't overcharge and doesn't take advantage of distressed pet owners.
They helped me with my dog Ladybug last year when my vet was booked solid and referred me to Kokopelli...I just lost Ladybug May 19th very unexpectedly and just received a sympathy card from Kokopelli that everyone signed....I just thought that was awesome
