I would give a zero star rating if I could. Paid off a car loan 2 months ago, and still haven’t received the title after calling and talking to them about it 3 different times. Last time, they were blaming the mail on why it hasn’t gotten to me. Very dissatisfied, should only take about a week or two to receive your title once you pay off a car loan
