Master colourist burnt my daughter's hair. The breakage is awful and very clearly on the 'line' of where the untreated hair meets the burnt hair. Pieces break off in small segments. Daughter loves her hair and takes good care of it, but KoKo the Salon ruined it. She was growing it out, and now needs to have it chopped every few weeks to minimize the damage and attempt to disquise the breakage. I started going here a couple of months ago and love it! The salon is beautiful, comfortable and the service is fantastic!!
