I have no complaints about my hair. I printed a coupon off of their website and presented it upon my arrival. It was approved by KoKo (owner). After the services were completed KoKo denied my coupon . The coupon was printed from their website and included the name of the business and the address. KoKo still refused to accept the coupon and her daughters were very aggressive towards me .I have reported them to the BBB.
Don't ever get your hair done here....All of the braids will fall out and they are different sizes!!! I went back twice to get them fixed and the women started talking about me in their language as if it was my fault the twists fell out!!!! I had to go to another salon and pay an additional $30.00 for someone else to fix what Koko had messed up......Then I woke up in the morning and another twist had fallen out!!! Stay away......I am suing them for my money!!!
