The poor woman running the front register was dressed professionally, speaking perfect English, clearly trying to run a legitimate establishment. I ordered a chicken katsu, but they then told me they were sold out and let me change it to a pork tonkatsu and also have me the option of a potato hotdog or something else because of the miss communication. super nice lady at the front. pork tonkatsu is really great. my only downside is they didn’t have unagi sauce as an option. it pairs really well with katsu
